The Journey to Membership: Step-by-Step
Step 1) Complete Pre-Screening & Application
Follow the link provided to a Google Form.
Step 2) Enroll via Patreon
You will be notified when your membership has been approved and the start date for your team.
Promptly follow the link to enroll via Patreon and confirm your spot on your team.
Step 3) Enter Discord Server
Patreon enrollment will automatically grant you access to the F4F Discord Server and channels created for your team - start getting to know your teammates !
Step 4) Prepare for Day Zero
Take 1 week as a team to (1) clarify and finalize F.N.G. Challenge completion requirements, and (2) complete the preparation checklist so your team is ready to come out the gate HOT on Day Zero!
Step 5) Complete 6-week F.N.G. Challenge
As a team, complete six continuous weeks of "Fit New Guy" (F.N.G.) Challenge requirements.
Step 6) Graduate to Full Membership in Fit 4 Fatherhood
--> Gain FULL access to F4F community, resource library, live events, and event archive.
--> Receive your hard-earned F4F swag / merchandise / gear / apparel !
