• Pay Monthly: Pay $2,850 each month for 4 months (Apr, May, Jun, Jul) for a total of $11,400.
• Half Now, Half Later: Pay $5,130 upfront and again on 01 Jun for a total of $10,260. This option offers a 10% discount (saving $1,140). 
• Pre-Pay in Full: Pay $9,120 upfront and enjoy a 20% discount on the total cost (saving $2,280).

• Refunds will be processed promptly after the selection process is complete, typically within 5 business days of notification.
• Highly-qualified applicants may also have the option to reserve a guaranteed spot in an upcoming cohort.

After 8 weeks in the program, you’ll have the opportunity to lock-in your spot for the in-person Tough Mudder event. Here’s what happens:

• Meeting the Requirements: Participants must meet program requirements to qualify for the event: specfiically, they must be on track to pass the Physical Fitness test the morning of the Tough Mudder. This ensures that everyone attending is prepared for the challenge.
• -OR- You could claim your refund and withdraw: If you decide not to continue with the Program, you’ll have the option to claim your bond and be reimbursed everything you've paid— but we’re betting you won’t want to !

If you’ve been committed to the program but you're falling short of the requirements for Tough Mudder, no stress — you can recycle to the next program cohort for free:

• Note: the next Tough Mudder opportunity will be in April 2026 in Los Angeles, CA

The F4F Discord server experience will vary from program-to-program and cohort-to-cohort.

But anyone who is a member or alumnus of F4F will retain access to the central community channels for as long as the F4F Discord server (or equivalent platform) exists - which I hope will be forever. 

The intent is to cultivate community - not just among newcomers but among a growing network of mission-driven, dedicated, like-minded men.

Long-term, the vision is that a greater emphasis will be placed on members and alumni in a regional or local area strengthening their network through a growing number of convenient in-person events, both formal and informal.  To facilitate that, completing any program results in access to the F4F community "forever."
