What happens if this cohort is over-booked ?

BLUF: "If we can't find space for you, you get your money back, no questions asked—or you can roll it over to an application to a future cohort."

Refunds will be processed promptly after the selection process is complete, typically within 5 business days of notification.
Highly-qualified applicants may also have the option to reserve a guaranteed spot in an upcoming cohort.

If I'm unsatisfied for any reason, can I get my money back ?

BLUF: "After 8 weeks of F4F, you're either on the road to being Tough Mudder-ready and locking-in your spot, or you’re out, money refunded."

After 8 weeks in the program, you’ll have the opportunity to lock-in your spot for the in-person Tough Mudder event. Here’s what happens:

Meeting the Requirements: Participants must meet program requirements to qualify for the event: specfiically, they must be on track to pass the Physical Fitness test the morning of the Tough Mudder. This ensures that everyone attending is prepared for the challenge.
-OR- You could claim your refund and withdraw: If you decide not to continue with the Program, you’ll have the option to claim your bond and be reimbursed everything you've paid— but we’re betting you won’t want to !

What if I don't get the guaranteed results and I don’t qualify for the Tough Mudder event ?

If you’ve been committed to the program but you're falling short of the requirements for Tough Mudder, no stress — you can recycle to the next program cohort for free:

Note: the next Tough Mudder opportunity will be in April 2026 in Los Angeles, CA

What is the Discord community - and what do you mean I get access "forever" ?

The F4F Discord server experience will vary from program-to-program and cohort-to-cohort.

But anyone who is a member or alumnus of F4F will retain access to the central community channels for as long as the F4F Discord server (or equivalent platform) exists - which I hope will be forever.

The intent is to cultivate community - not just among newcomers but among a growing network of mission-driven, dedicated, like-minded men.

Long-term, the vision is that a greater emphasis will be placed on members and alumni in a regional or local area strengthening their network through a growing number of convenient in-person events, both formal and informal. To facilitate that, completing any program results in access to the F4F community "forever."

A portion of revenue each month supports organizations that align with our mission, including:

USO: Strengthening the well-being of service members and their families.

Tunnel to Towers Foundation: Honoring and supporting first responders and military heroes and their families in the wake of severe injury or death.

Widows & Orphans International: Providing care for families - across borders - who’ve lost their protectors and providers.

Just as we recognize no one of us is an island, so too do we recognize that F4F is interconnected with and has a duty to innumerable others in our Nation and our human family.
